Latest changes to the Pagoda web app. Web updates reach the iOS and Android apps automatically.

- Much better play on phones: bigger cards on the play mat, in your hand, and on the Grand Tichu / push screens.
- Your hand now shows as two rows of large cards on small screens.
- Opponents are summarized directly on the play mat (name, turn, Tichu calls, cards left), giving the mat the full screen.
- Play and Pass buttons keep fixed positions and are sized for touch.
