Pagoda is a card game available on the web, iOS, and Android. Your use of the app is governed by the standard license agreement of the platform you downloaded it from:

iOS (App Store) — Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement
Android (Google Play) — Google Play Terms of Service
Web — by using playpagoda.com you agree to use the service for personal entertainment purposes only.

Advertising & In-App Purchases

Pagoda is free to play and supported by advertisements shown between games. You may purchase an ad-free upgrade as a one-time in-app purchase. On iOS this is processed through the App Store; on Android through Google Play; and on the web through Stripe. All purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or the policies of the relevant platform. The ad-free entitlement is linked to your Pagoda account and works across all platforms.

Intellectual Property

Pagoda is an independent implementation of the Tichu card game. "Tichu" is a registered trademark of Fata Morgana Spiele. Pagoda is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Fata Morgana Spiele or Rio Grande Games. All original code, design, and AI models in Pagoda are the property of liqpil.
